Risks
One thing I have found that I have struggled with and failed at multiple times throughout the semester is seeking out risks. In order to get more comfortable taking risks and ultimately putting myself in situations to fail I decided to start taking risks in everyday life to get for comfortable taking them. Here is a list of risks I have taken throughout the semester.
Utensil Heists:
In order to get more comfortable taking risks I have decided to risk my freedom by becoming a criminal. Every time I go out to eat I steal one utensil which still makes me uncomfortable every time.

Gambling:
On my trip to Vegas I did gamble a lot but took one major risk. I did a $100 roulette spin in order to make myself more comfortable taking risks. It ended up landing on one of the number I picked, but the entire time I was uncomfortable and my VOJ was begging me to not do it.
Reflection
Taking risks has always been hard for me, and that is what I consider my biggest failure this semester. To try to get more comfortable, I mainly committed to slipping silverware into my pocket and taking it while at restaurants, and I ended up with a pretty nice collection. Still, every time I take it, I get nervous, but I get almost an adrenaline rush every time. Therefore, I think that I like taking risks, but I still am not fully comfortable taking them. The roulette spin was a fun one to do, but it was extremely difficult for me. I was scared the entire time, but it worked out. Overall, I think that risks are something I need to keep working on and will continue to work on for the rest of my life. Stealing silverware and gambling is a start, but as time goes on, I will be able to find new and exciting ways to take risks and become more comfortable taking risks.
